Perth Methodist Church GroupsThe Sunday SchoolThe Sunday School meets at 11.00am on Sundays during school term-time, with an activity corner in the Church during the school holidays. Currently there are around 8 children with ages ranging from 5 to 11 and there is a happy family atmosphere. The usual pattern is for the children to join with the adults for the first part of worship and then to go into the schoolroom for their own activities. With a background of Bible study and prayer, the group shares its knowledge and experience and aims to help members as they try to follow the Christian way in today’s complicated world. The Monday ClubThis is a women’s group, sometimes open to men; it meets monthly on Mondays at 7.30pm. The club has a varied programme of talks, devotional evenings, social events and outings. Tel: 01738 563360 Women's FellowshipThis small group of older women will meet on the following dates in the first quarter of 2008: The programme is diverse, with speakers, tapes, videos & discussion in an informal devotional setting. Meetings are from 7.30 -9.00 at members’ homes (see rota on notice board for place, study topic/Bible passage). All are welcome.
